Disclosure Packet
Any seller of a property in Hunters Green Cluster is required to provide to the purchaser a Resale Disclosure Package. The Hunters Green disclosure package contains information required by state law to be conveyed to the purchaser as well as supplementary information judged by the Association's Board of Directors to be of benefit to a new resident.
To request a Hunters Green Cluster Association Resale Disclosure Package, please send an email to Karen Seymour, Accountant for HGCA, at disclosure@huntersgreen.org.
As permitted by law, the Cluster charges a fee to cover the costs of preparing and delivering the disclosure packet. As of January 1, 2012 the following fee schedule applies:

When requesting a disclosure packet, please provide Karen Seymour with complete contact information for the person to whom the packet is to be delivered (names, address, telephone number, and email address if requesting electronic format). Include the Seller's information and the Realtors Information.
All fees are payable by check to Karen Seymour at the time the packet is requested. By law, the Cluster has 14 days from the date of your request to deliver the disclosure packet. You may request an expedited delivery for which there is an additional fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will also be required to provide your potential buyer with a Reston Association Package. You can contact them at Member Services on 703.435.6530 or www.reston.org.
